You don’t have to obsess over dusting every single nook, cranny, or surface, but a little bit of overall dusting might prove necessary. One of your top priorities should be the entryway, all the shelves, and any other eye-catching spots in your house.
Also, if you’re about to have a full weekend with guests that crash over at your place, don’t forget to do a once-over in the guest room. At the same time, I wouldn’t advise you to worry too much about specific areas where your guests won’t even get the chance of a close-up view, such as office bookshelves or china cabinets.
Here’s great advice: if you want to efficiently wipe the dust off, use microfiber cloths. They’re the only ones that won’t leave any lint behind!
