Corrections

We read every correction and check it against the source. When a fix changes the advice in a guide, we update the guide and its date. Our editorial policy explains how guides are written, sourced and corrected.

What we cannot help with

We cannot inspect a house, diagnose a repair or a sick plant from a photo, or recommend a contractor. For electrical, gas, structural or roofing work, hire a licensed professional. For pests, sprays and anything that could harm pets or children, follow the product label and your local extension service.
