Lilly of the valley
Do not underestimate these small, delicate, and extremely fragrant flowers. While a lot of us only think of them as the flowers that grow in spring and make up beautiful meadows, they are an amazing deer deterrent as well.
For as much as they are beautiful, this small flower is actually toxic, and deer know to stay away from them, which means having them in your garden is going to be a plus.
Just make sure that you plant them in a contained area; they are an invasive species if they are not contained, and they can easily take over your entire garden if you are not careful!
