2. Peace Lily
Going forward with plants you should never keep in the bedroom, we have the peace lily. This plant isn’t a member of the Liliaceae family and therefore isn’t a true lily. Also known as the white sail plant or Spathiphyllum wallisii Rege, this houseplant is one of the most popular plants grown indoors.
While peace lilies are excellent air purifiers, they have been linked to swelling and burning of the mouth, lips, and tongue, causing trouble swallowing or speaking, nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting. Moreover, according to Feng Shui principles, another reason why peace lilies are plants you should never keep in the bedroom is that they interrupt sleep.
However, you can still grow a peace lily indoors, but make sure it stays out of the place where you sleep. The best spot to have it is on a windowsill.
