4. Carolina Silverbell
This below-ground tree, which is native to the Southeast United States, received its name from both its geographic spread and the bending white bell-shaped blooms that bloom in the spring. Rectangular green leaves turn golden in the fall, and the reddish-brown bark’s furrows provide interest in the winter. Possibly grown as a tree or a shrub with several stems.
This small tree adores sunlight, but in small quantities, and if it’s possible, plant it in a place that is partially shaded. If you don’t have too much space in your garden, don’t worry because this tree won’t grow more than 40 feet tall and 35 feet wide.
