Materials:
Old guitar
Scissors
Pencil or marker
Ruler
Jigsaw or handsaw
Sandpaper and block or electric sander
Pine
White and black paint
Screwdriver, drill bit and screw
Clear varnish
Steps:
- Cut the guitar strings.
- Mark a border along the face of the guitar and cut out with the jigsaw.
- Sand the edges.
- Mark and cut your pine to size.
- Sand any shiny surfaces, paint your shelves and fretboard with black and the face with white.
- Slide your shelves in and attach with screws on the back.
- Coat the inside with a clear varnish.
