Shasta Daisy

This stunning outdoor plant gives you a classic flower with white petals and a yellow interior. And all that beauty comes in an easy-to-grow perennial.

You can also find versions with creamy yellow petals and striking frilly petals. It comes in various heights and looks good in any size garden.

Shasta Daisys are deer and rabbit-resistant, drought-tolerant, and you’ll rarely have any pest problems with them around. Their blooms last long and typically go all summer long, sometimes into autumn. Leaves tend to remain evergreen in warmer climates.

Hardiness: Zones 5 to 9

Planting: Full sun to light shade in well-drained soil

Care: Deadheading IS optional, but we recommend it if you want to extend this flower’s bloom time. The perfect time to cut plants back is in the fall after they’ve finished blooming.
